Leather: T-shirt by Caroline Grant. Colourful shoes and a plain T-shirt for the noughts-and-crosses skirt, a MaxMara Studio creation. The scarf mixes B&W with a splash of red (nod to the shoes), and the bangles follow the spikes-and-studs trend in a less injury-threatening combination that some of the pieces I have seen out there (dangerous looking handbags and shoes: a spiky shoulder strap? Leather: Top by Caroline Grant. A long unbroken black line can be created with top+trousers or trousers+pointy toe shoes or, better still, the three things together.
